This modern custom home appears as one OR as a home with an adjoined apartment. It has three bedrooms and two and a half baths. Sun Peak Builders designed this house for clients who live six months abroad each year and desired a home which converted into two rentable units while they are gone.

The interior finishes include beautiful black tile, butcher block counters and island, gas stove, and a hand crafted spiral staircase of pure artistry. The apartment was designed with a small kitchen for ideal Bed & Breakfast rental capabilities.​ The larger living area in the main section features a loft accessed by the pine spiral staircase.
