Founded over 20 years ago in Durango, Colorado by our by our President Adam Fries, Sun Peak Builders is a family-run design-build firm and general contractor building throughout the painted landscapes of Colorado's Rockies. Adam has developed Sun Peak Builders into an award winning design-build firm who's reputation is built on honesty, trust, and quality.

History
With his beginnings in Durango, Colorado and the state's surrounding Southwestern region, Adam founded Sun Peak Builders and quickly gained extensive experience building with natural materials. Over time, Sun Peak Builders put focus in unique craftsmanship and modern custom homes; as well as short term rentals for both himself and clients----in which realm their expertise have flourished. Adam eventually moved eastward with his family of 4 to Crestone, Colorado. From there they continue to use their decades of expertise to craft awe-inspiring homes and projects, serving clients with integrity and quality in Southwestern and South-Central Colorado.
