Adam Fries
Hello! I'm Adam Fries of Sun Peak Builders. A little about me: I have been building custom homes in Crestone for 9 years and the Durango area for 17 years. I got my start in alternative construction; particularly strawbale. Recently I created an ICF two story hobbit home with living roofs in Crestone.
Twelve years ago I began building more modern houses. The homes I create are tightly constructed and beautifully designed. My collection of custom homes can be found in Crestone's Baca Grande subdivision, downtown Durango, Mancos, Cortez, Bayfield, and Ignacio, Colorado.

I work with you to create your dream home from initial design to your favorite finishes. I am a compassionate person who understands the importance in building the house you desire. Hiring fantastic subcontractors, consulting with clients, and using our time wisely are just a few of my strong points.
I hold a business degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio. I left the corporate world early on to move to Colorado in search of a calmer life. Crestone pulled me in after starting a family and my building career simultaneously in Durango. Please don't hesitate to give me a ring!
